I've looked everywhere I can think of for that motherboard but it seems to be sold out everywhere :(

I'm also trying to keep within a £50-250 budget for the motherboard, I know usually you shouldn't need to pay that much but I've seen some crazy prices recently.

Thank you for your fast reply! :)

Oh, I have no idea what I bought the CPU for, I bought it a long time ago. :)
That board looks really nice however I really would like to have a normal ATX board for possible expansion purposes,
This build is what I'm trying to put together based on me already having the i7 3770k.

Thank you for your assistance! :)

while in essence I agree with a full size atx board for expansion options it doesnt work in this scenario.

The h61 is sata 2 only - youre pairing one of the fastest ssd's around with it & are going to get subpar performance as sata 2 quite simply isnt fast enough. It has no usb 3,Id want that nowdays personally.
Expandability wise you have quite simply 3 x pci-express x 1 slots spare after the gpu is installed, what exactly are you going to use them for ?? short of a wireless adapter there isnt really any use them for them at all, maybe a sata 3 card & a usb3 card which the matx 77 already has natively??

that q77 board has a couple of sata 3 ports, 4x sata 2 ports ,usb3 onboard & a spare pci + full size pci express slot usable after the gpi is installed - theres more expandability on the matx 77 board than there is on the h61 imo.

Wow, that is a very well worded and helpful reply, thank you.
So, the Z77 can handle and is compatible with the SSD, CPU, RAM and GPU?
Also, in your opinion would a 650W PSU be good enough to power this?

Sorry I'm asking so many questions, I'm still learning :)

Admirable

It should all work with a decent z77 board.. As for the PSU it depends on the quality, the EVGA GS 650W is a good option

its a q77 board which is similar but non-overclocking.

Ive never bought from here but they do have fully fledged z77 atx boards in stock & this is a good one.

& yes the rest of your component choices are excellent - its just strange to see someone with a 3770k in a new build & looking for a socket 1155 motherboard is all - that msi if in stock though is a good buy.
