I have a MSI B85-G41 PC Mate motherboard which i think supports up to 1600Mhz, and i have two stciks of 4 GB DDR3 1866MHz Kingston.I read some forums and people said that it will work and should downclock by it self to 1600,i was wondering will this be the case and if not how do i do it my self.

On initial install it may well go to the mobos default of 1333, if so will need to manually set to 1600
