I dont think im getting the full power of my Graphics Card

I have a EVGA gtx 750 ti GPU and before i buy a game i look up how it will perform on the game i want to buy and most of the time i find it will run fine on lower settings but when i get the game its unplayable on the lowest settings possible. I watch people on youtube play the game just fine with the GPU but i cant. Am i somehow not getting all the power of the card?

That APU is rather slow, and if you using the APU for its integrated graphics that would explain why you have trouble with some games.

Motherboard: asus f2a55-m
PSU: Corsair CX430
I cant play Arma 3 or DayZ and I have trouble with fallout 4
