Need For Speed Rivals compatible & 30 FPS

Hi
I was looking to buy Need For Speed Rivals for PC. Game-Debate said I can run it on medium settings at 1920 x 1080.
But I am posting this to have a detailed opinion about how well would it work. Highest resolution on my monitor is 1280 X 1024. I don't have problem playing at lower resolution too.
CPU - Intel pentium G3220 3.0 Ghz
GPU - Sapphire R7 250X 1GB GDDR5
RAM - GSkill RipjawsX 4GB DDR3 1333Mhz

Also when I read reviews I came across something people refer to 30 FPS lock in the game. What is this? Will the game lag ?

it will run in med to high. just tweak settings from graphics settings in game . second . why you need rival when need for speed most wanted 2012 is free to get in origin .

The thing is I dont have a fast internet connection to download from origin or steam or anywhere. So I stick with buying discs.

Need for Speed Rivals is locked to 30 FPS. This will make the game feel somewhat sluggish compared to other Need for Speed titles which can run at 60FPS. Any attempt to unlock the framerate and get 60FPS will break the game as the game's speed is tied to the framerate, so running the game at 60FPS will make the game itself run twice as fast. Whoever developed the game clearly came from Japan or only developed games exclusively for consoles as those are the only two sets of developers who still tie the game's speed to its framerate.

get pirated most wanted full version . than install it .than open origin . get most wanted and it will detect your most wanted .and will becom original . and play .. second. in origin there sell running to you can buy rival in 500inr . and you can do same thing if you wana save download size for rival too

You should be able to maintain 30FPS on your system, though don't expect to push very high graphics settings.
