I've already recovered what I needed to from the card so I'm NOT looking for steps on how to do that thanks!

I've tried command prompt & diskpart, multiple formatting tools (way too many to list)
command prompt says it's raw so can't do anything, diskpart says it's either not formattable, having i/o error, or cyclic redundancy error..

I also know about the lock switch on the adapter, so that doesn't need to be pointed out either.

There's no damage to the card, it literally messed up a couple of days ago when I was moving a picture from my phone to the sd card and I've no idea why. It's a 32gb samsung micro sd memory card... Any ideas on how to fix this? I've tried everything I can think of and the internet only gives me solutions on how to recover data which I've already done, not how to put it into exFat from RAW which is what I need.

Any ideas?

Solution
Its having hardware issues if it won't format. Warranty it, is what I would suggest. The samsung cards have a nice long warranty period :)
