Fan running at full speed

Hi,

Ok so, my Hyper 212 EVO started to sound strange. It started to make rattling noices and stuff. I tried everything, and then noticed it was the speed it was going at. I downloaded speed fan and changed the speed. It works and all, but i want speedfan to change the fan speed automatically every time i boot my pc. No i dont want speedfan to change the RPM of the fans depending on how hot the system is, i want it to change it to the speed i desire automatically.

bro yes I read . you want you hyper evo work normal as every cpu cooler do . but in our motherboard option . there is auto fan speed increase system when cpu temperature increase . so I am saying check that . pardon me if my word wrong

What? Why? The only thing i want to do is to change the speed of the fan automatically? Did u even read the post?
