So I just recently finished build my new pc. It runs very well on all games, regardless of settings. I have been playing BF4 when I noticed in my task manage, it said BF4 was using 100% of my cpu. I exited out extra programs before I start games like firefox or other programs. There is no fps drop and the temperature doesn't right too much. Is this normal or not? My cpu's are unparked so that all 4 are being used. Can anyone help me?

GPU: Powercolor Devil Radeon r9 390x
Mobo: Msi B85-g43 gaming
Fans: Evo 212 with artic silver 5 thermal paste.
Ram: 4x4gb G.Skill sniper
Hdd/ssd: Operating system on Kingston 120g ssd, Wdc blue 1tb for games.
PSU: Evga Supernova nex b1 750 80+ bronze cert
