Solution
If you are using Kali Linux, you are not supposed to ask this kind of questions. Kali Linux is intended for security professionals, and is not an everyday beginners distro.
Anyway...
1. Download an ISO of Ubuntu/Mint/CentOS/whatever you like
2. Either burn a CD/DVD, or make bootable USB.
3. Boot off installation media, choose "custom" partitioning, and delete all Windows partitions. You won't see drive letters, you will see something like /dev/sda1, /dev/sda2 etc.
4. You might have to set your computer to boot in legacy mode.
