Hi, i recently installed two Cougar 120mm fans with the current setup, back as exhaust and top panel as intake, is it ok or should top panel be always used as a exhaust?. For extra info, my case doesn't have front fans.
Here's a pic of my current air flow

i would suggest you not putting a fan on the top as said above hot air rises and it would bring the heat back into the case. and also use filters to keep the dust out it would help alot ahead.

It a case with fans, natural convection is swamped by the air flow from the fans and doesn't make any difference, so don't worry about "heat rising." In your set up, however, you are primarily cooling the top rear of the case leaving the front and bottom without cooling. You need to try to bring air across the MB and GPU and a little across the hard drives.
