Computer keeps crashing HELP!

My computers beeps once therefore no problem but after 5 minutes on IDLE it crashes, I restart then press shut down then right as it begins to shut down BOOM another crash, None of this was a problem until I cleaned some thermal grease off my mobo which is a Gigabyte F2-A88XM-DH3. At first I thought it was a hard drive problem, but after it crashed on both drives I knew it wasn't the drives, I don't know what it is because of the one beep please help!!

I put artic silver 5 on the cpu I may have put to little or too much I reapply to see what happens.

ok I took off the arctic silver 5 and applied the cooler master grease that came with the cooler I made sure I put the right amount, but once again it crashed after like 1-2 minutes. It starts at 44 on boot up then it climbs, when it crashed it was on 59 degrees according to the Bios, what now?
