My windows 7 pc recently suffered a bluescreen and has not recovered. After it first blue screened I ran my computer through safe mode and attempted to fix the problem, it didn't work and would not boot normally so I ran it through safe mode again and tried to do a system recovery and after that I restarted my computer and ran it through safe mode with networking and all I got was a black screen with my cursor. Now anytime I try to run safe mode in any form I get the same screen. When I boot it normally it comes up with the windows loading screen (safe mode doesnt) but restarts. My bios still comes up but its largely gibberish to me, it's an as rock motherboard. Is there anything I can do to fix this.

Solution
Provided it's not a hardware issue, try 'Startup Repair' by booting from the 'System Repair Disc' which you should have made earlier. If you didn't make one, you can make one on any other Windows 7 PC as long as it's either 32-bit or 64-bit Windows as appropriate to match yours.
