the title pretty much says it all. Will use it for an Intel 6600k @4 GHz. Dual fan rad going inside a Fractal Design R5.

You have a few choices. I have owned more that one swiftech prebuild cooler (I say prebuilt because they are so much better than the AIO's so I don't call them AIO's) your case can handle the 220x2, 240x2 or the 320x2. If you want quiet and only a dual rad I would go 240x2 Prestige. I have the 320x2 Prestige and it's GREAT. I have the EKWB Predator 280 and I am still waiting on them to help me get my GPU replaced since it was a default in their equipment. I would also have recommended them but their loop was loud (possibly because of the defect) but more importantly I haven't gotten anywhere with my GPU replacement.

Swiftech looks really nice, and has good reviews. The question is, do I have to do any maintenance? Do I have to change the fluid, or do anything? Like it says, Plug and Play, but idk if later on I have to change the fluid or something... Also, is the H220x good? 1 last thing, do i have to put the fluid into the AiO, and do I have to dye it myself.

H220x is the older design it but it is really good too. I have the H220X and the 320x2 prestige. With the new perbuilt coolers you need to refill them every 2-5 years. They DO come prefilled. The x2's come with coloring that can be added, but the others don't. The x2's also come with LEDs that you can use.

Ok, is there a cooler that I do not have to refill them? I just find that to be a hard and long process and would like to keep my pc and not really touch it...

No, even with custom loops you have maintenance. If you find the prospect of filling a res every 2-5 years daunting I honestly don't think water cooling is for you. You don't have to refill AIO's because you can't. They are not meant to be taken apart but water levels in those will still drop if I'm being honest. The benefit of prebuilt coolers is much better performance from the fact that they are built from the kind of parts that go in a custom loop and they will last longer BECAUSE they can be refilled.

I just saw a video and saw that it was pretty easy. Which Swiftech cooler would you prefer? The H220 X2, H240 X2, or the H320 X2. Im not asking which is the best, but which would be necessary for me? Also, are the default fans that come with the cooler Loud?

For you the 240X2 prestige, for a few reasons.

1) 140 MM fans move slower that 120MM fans to pass the same amount of air.

2) Prestige comes with noise blocker fans. Quieter and higher static pressure

3)You don't need anything better even if you're going to over clock, just be aware over clocking will make it louder!

The Prestige is sort of out of my budget, would the regular version be OK?

It won't be AS quiet but it should still be fine TBH. Though if saving for a bit for the prestige version is possible I would.
