New SSD Won't Work With Current Graphics Card But Works With Others!

I bought a new SSD and for some reason the computer won't boot windows with my GTX 670 that's currently installed on my computer. I did a fresh install of windows 8.1 twice and it still doesn't work. But the SSD boots fine on my on board graphics card and my old 9800GT graphics card.

Does anyone know what the issue is?
