Hello,it's my second post on this page and I got pretty good info the last time. This time I'm here for a questions,I want to get into some hardcore pc gaming.

I got a fully working dell optiplex 755 small form factor (sff)I was thinking of putting a Intel 3ghz q9650 prossecer and a gtx 750 ti. Will this work?will the gpu even fit in such a small space??

275 watt power supply
6 gb of ram
Windows 64bit

If everything goes well and I'm able to make this work will I be able to run gta 5,2k16,and heroes and generals??

My spending budget is around 200$-220$

You can see in this frame grab that the single-slot, single width card installed here is almost right up against the HDD cage.

And technically, the 275W PSU is too small for the GTX 750 Ti. I say technically, because I am running one with my 240W PSU in my Optiplex 790 SFF. Galaxy sold a single-slot, single width GTX 750 Ti for awhile, but now I only see it occasionally sold off shore. But it wasn't low profile.

This MSI low profile is single slot, but it takes up another slot for its cooler. You can measure and see if you have room. The card is 1 1/2" wide: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814127836

Otherwise, this true single-slot PNY GT 730 64 bit DDR5 is about the...

You'll notice in this pic of your 755 SFF that the PCIe x16 slot is situated so that you will be limited to a single-slot, single-width card. http://en.community.dell.com/cfs-file/__key/communityserver-discussions-components-files/3515/8838.755SFF.JPG
I know of a single-slot GTX 750 TI, but none that are also single-width. At least not sold in the US.

The Q9650 has been validated by Dell to work in that PC, yes. Here is a discussion about that same thing: http://en.community.dell.com/support-forums/desktop/f/3514/t/19391541

Mm I thought that the gtx 750 ti would fit because some time ago another guy told me this and that it was the best card I could put into this old thing. I really wish I could built my own custom pc from the ground up but I can't.so now that I know I was right about the processor, still need help with the gpu. I want to get the best gpu this thing can take that is at a reasonable price. Also I'm not looking to game on this thing for a long time, just for a few months before I save enough money to built my own pc
