my computer just display white screen and when i turned ot off the unit system won't boot.. i performe the basics of trouble shooting it still not wotking.. my problem is..
when i put cpu on my mother board the cpu fan turns off every 5 sec.. and cant boot.
but when i leave the motherbaord without cpu the cpu fan is not turning off.
need help guys
