£500 PC, possible tasks?

Hello everyone, with budget being in mind, I have given myself a limit of £500 to build a computer (not including an operating system) and I think I've done pretty well, here are the parts:

with these parts, is it possible to be able to livestream games to twitch as I plan to do so on a very regular basis soon.
fufill my hobbies of uploading videos to my YouTube page.
Do some photo editing.

Solution
PSU is not great but will work as long as you don't stress it.
Not sure but cpu might bottleneck your gpu a little, not sure though.
I would recommend you downgrade to a gtx 950 and put more money towards your psu.
