Hello I am building a new rigg with intel i7 6700k, 16GB DDDR4 RAM 2400MHZ, DEEPCOOL NEPTWIN V2, ASUS DVD/CD WRITER, Kingston v300 120GB SSD, Western digital 1tb 7200RPM HDD and Asrock Z170 gaming K4 MOBO. So I want to know which PSU would be the best for my pc while using it with Intel HD 530 graphics.

Depends, are you going to go for a dedicated gpu in the future or not. But as it stands your computer has a low power consumption and the CORSAIR CX430M is a good and cheap, solution, which will do the job

Those cheal and tier4 things are getting pretty popular I see. But people tend to forget how psus work in general and neglect the fact that you don't always have to get a 100$ psu.
