Ugrading my pc

I wanted to ugrade my pc currently i have 8gb ram ddr3 ram,nvidia 750 ti ,Gigabyte GA-78LMT-USB3 mobo , amd fx 6300 processor. I wanted to now if i can ugrade to 12gb ram n use 3x4gb rams of same brand n specs or should i use 4x4 rams.

You should buy all ram at once to avoid incompatibility issues.

You should use four sticks that are the same, or at least as close as possible. If you use 3 best case is that two operate in dual channel while one operates in single channel. If they are different types your system will try to use the best compatible speed and timings which could be rather low and run them all in single channel.

no..i m asing about 3 of the same type brand n speed. can i use those ?? or should i mae it 4 to balance d dual channel ??

Dual channel will only occur in the 2. Your motherboard is not capable of quad channel.

I dnt now much ...But der are 4 slots for RAM ...2 White 2 Blue...So cant i use 3 Exactly same rams n ee 1 slot emty?

If you use three then two will operate in dual channel while the third stick will be in single channel as there will not be RAM in that fourth slot for it to pair with.
