I still don't get which is better between a nVidia and an amd graphic cards.
I really need to buy one for my new pc, possibly not too expansive.
Videos on the internet only makes me even more confused.
Wherever I go, there's always a battle among nVidia vs amd's fanboys.
Not only that, but even in each part there are those who blame the newest cards in favor of the old ones.

Everybody say he's right, no one's wrong.

I should get a graphic card for built:
i5 6600 (NO K)
Asrock pro4s
corsair 4x2 GB
WD blue 1 TB
PS 550W Corsair 80Plus
Thermaltake Commander MS-I

Use: Emulation (PCSX2!) & Steam (1080, 60 fps)

Overall..in a very very basic way of saying it, nvidia is ahead technology wise. The point the youtuber is trying to make is that AMD has recycled their old tech (making minor upgrades along the way) a few too many times. This results in chips that require quite a bit more power then a comparable nvidia product.

With all that said. If power efficiency is not a concern, then it comes down to price. The best GPU will vary depending on what you can spend.

Positives and negatives to both brands. Personally at 1080p, I'd look for a GTX 970 - I like the quiet operation, lower power usage and the performance is superb for me at 1080p. The AMD option doesn't have the 3.5gb RAM 'issue' (personally I feel it's an artificial argument, but maybe I don't use the card in a way that brings it up /shrug ) and is arguably cheaper upfront.

The end result is though if you are happy with whichever you end up with and it does what you need it to do, who cares what a bunch of people on the internet think? :D

Well it depends on your budget. Enthusiasts typically go with Nvidia, but that's not you. There are a lot of factors to consider.
(i) Do you want variable framerate (g-sync or free-sync)?
(ii) Do you care about Gameworks features? You probably won't be able to run most of them if you're on a tight budget for a graphics card, so probably irrelevant.
(iii) Do you care about extra features such as Nvidia Experience and ShadowPlay?
(iv) How important is performance per dollar for you? AMD wins when it comes to R9 390 vs. GTX 970 and R9 390X vs. GTX 980. I don't know or care about anything lower than this, so you'll have to do your research.
(v) SLI vs. Crossfire: If you plan on going with a multi-GPU setup, check how SLI compares to Crossfire in games that matter to you.

The ShadowPlay is not a point to look for, AMD has similar video capture via Gaming Evolved, maybe a little less effective, but still no big difference for regular user.

Well just state your budget and then pick which ever is best to you. Amd seems to be ahead in DX12 only in async comoute stuff. But they also lack the hardware needed for FL12_1. In theory it can be done software but just look at nvidia when they don't have proper hardware for async compute. So for games that really take advantage of FL12_1 (or FL11_3) the performance hit probably going to be a problem for current AMD card.

As for 960 case giving the card 256 bit memory interfave will not going to make it faster.
