I have an old pc core 2 duo E6550 2.4ghz ,4g ram pcie 2.0,can my core 2 duo handle gtx 750.I'am not looking for highest gaming at least i can play new games on mid or low.

Best it supports is a core2quad q6600, not the greatest, but if you can find it for 20-30$ should be better. Also with some cooling, can easily reach 3.6ghz and be usable. And it will work great with a gtx 750ti

CPU is too weak. Sure games which don't rely on CPU that much would be playable, but anything besides that won't run. Dual core at 2.4 is insufficient these days. You might have to look to upgrade at least to a q8200/8300/8400/9400 second hand. Also what is your mobo.
