I've seen that AMD's APU can connect combine with a graphics card to get better performance. Can a Intel do that on a i3-6100?

No. And the AMD dual graphics is pretty much a failure as configurations and problems with optimization are worse than standard Crossfire/SLI setups, which have their own problems but aren't nearly as bad.

He's asking if there is any way to do dual graphics, using a graphics card AND the Intel integrated CPU graphics, like you can do with the integrated AMD graphics and some AMD cards, which there is not. As you say, there are no Intel graphics cards and Intel graphics does not play nice with Nvidia or AMD cards.
