I've looked every where on the web for a solution, and made an account to see if anyone can solve this for me, I'm at my end here.

I cannot get audio to play through my monitor using an HDMI cable. below is an image showing audio being input, but nothing coming out.

Looking at the image you also have pcie simple communications controller missing its driver, recently on a gigabyte laptop with the same issue i eventually resorted to allowing windows to search for the driver which solved the problem, its best to solve all device manager yellow exclamation marked hardware missing its drivers. Try windows update to solve the problem for both then download driver backup software to extract the drivers to make a backup. You also try hardware identify software by tweaking(dot)com, which help you download the best drivers for your realtek sound card.
