Are you planning on running both of them simultaneously? Because you won't be able to do that.
However, if you're wanting to switch the AMD GPU with a new Nvidia GPU, that's totally
possible.
Just make sure the Nvidia GPU is compatible with your motherboard (most likely PCI x 16)
With regards to the drivers, when you plug in new GPU windows should automatically install drivers for the new GPU.
If not, just go into Device Manager, uninstall graphics drivers, and download the new ones from the manufacturer.
tl;dr
1. You
can't crossfire / SLI those two cards together. (run at the same time)
2. Your motherboard will support Nvidia GPUs
3. Don't worry about drivers
