Keyboard and mouse noise reduction

Noise as in external sound or noise as in actual noise?
If you mean external sound, put the mic closer to your mouth and lower the gain, and if you've already done that then buy a better keyboard+mouse combo (less clicky ones). If you already have quiet equipment, then consider getting a sound screen/baffle (http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/761251-REG/Primacoustic_P300_0110_00_Splashguard_Gobo.html)
