Not really, this is an APU, with integrated, it's generally made to be used with no external GPU. You can get a cheaper version without the integrated GPU.

You can get that APU with just the CPU part and no integrated graphics to save money. EG: look up Athlon X4 860k.
If you are planning to use an R7 360 then you won't be using integrated graphics anyway.
EDIT:
Do you already own one of those parts?
Problem is, I'm only going to buy from MSY (Australian Pc Store) and it doesn't have that CPU...
The A10 7850k with R7 360 roughly costs about $340 on that site. If you don't mind, can you please find a better CPU there.
Oh, yeah the Australian stores suck with their lack of AMD products.
Have you considered a Skylake i3 6100? They perform better than a 7850K in my opinion after having researched the topic extensively.
They indeed do. I am making a i3 6100, but thought I should also make a AMD for testing and stuff. (these 2 pc's will go to my little bros)
Have you considered FX 6300? More cores for multi-tasking and DX 12 (which will hopefully make multi-threaded games more common) and still cheaper than the APU.

I was actually considering that. Do you think it's good for games and better than the i3-6100? or maybe equal?
I don't really want to upgrade probably till 3-5 years.
i3 will always be better in games and applications that are single threaded, but the FX 6300 sneaks ahead in multi-threading.
Both might only last three years before you get the upgrade bug. i5 6500 is probably your next choice for gaming if you want a five year system. Worth considering if that extra $100 on the price tag is worth another 18 months of use before it feels too outdated for gaming.

FX 6300 has better power efficiency. FX 6350 is usually a slightly better overclocker. Not a huge difference between them if budget is tight. You'll notice that there is only 100MHZ difference on the turbo clock speed. Although the FX 6300 will spend a lot of time at slightly lower clocks, due to that lower base clock.
