My GPU (Asus R9 290 DirectCU II) is running hot when idling or atleast when browsing internet. as I'm writing this my fans are at 75% to keep the temps somewhat low. The temps are currently 53-54C and rising if I don't ramp up my fans. My airflow isn't the gratest, but the case has 2 fans. I'm using Windows 10, but this is a new pc so I wouldn't want to restore it and install everything (takes forever) and i'm using msi afterburner to observe and manage all these.

Solution
From what I know about the AMD GPU's they run hot, they game hot and they idle hot.

Your temperatures are not at an alarming level yet, once you reach about 95c then you might have a overheating problem.
