specifiction is intel core i3-2370M CPU 2.40GHZ with 2gb ram and intel hd graphics 3000 i want to play fifa 15 and 16 as well as gta 5 and i am thinking about increasing ram to 4gb can i run it

Unless you have a dedicated graphics card (NOT the Intel HD3000), you will have a very hard time running those games as they are very demanding.
You can try playing at the lowest details settings, but I doubt that you will have a pleasurable experience.
