You have made 3 threads about this... It may be possible you will have to open up the back and look. It would be hard to damage your laptop but if you put in the wrong ram it may not start. You will have to get the exact same ram as you have now or replace the ram you have now. This will help you in multi-tasking but this will not make up for your weak cpu and lack of a dedicated gpu. Your using a low end laptop and so gaming on it will not be enjoyable.
