Basically I am receiving this error when I am playing some games like CS:GO. Game freezes and then error pops out in right bottom corner of my screen. Another issue is that I can not open ''ADM Settings'' program, as it gives me the same error again. I've re-installed drivers multiple times and it did not help. Any ideas what could be causing it and what should I do to solve this issue?

Solution
i own r9 270X and it used to do the same thing after installing 16.1 hotfix driver, uninstalled it in safe mode with DDU (display driver uninstaller) and installed 15.12 version and I'm fine ever since, try it ;)

My radeon settings used to do that, it would freeze frame for like 5 seconds during a game and would say that the driver stopped responding. I fixed it by Uninstalling drivers, rebooting and then reinstalling and rebooting. But I would get MSI afterburner and Underclock your Gpu clock and memory Mhz and see if that changes anything if you already tried the driver.
