My CPU is overclocked to 4.4ghz and to be stable it requires 1.488v. I want to go 4.5ghz but that would most likely require at least 1.500-1.512v. If I can get 4.5 stable at that voltage range, would that be fine for a 24hour overclock or is that overkill?

By the way my cpu temp at the current voltage is 109F(43C) while ruining prime95.

1.5V and more for 24H use will decrease this CPU life-spawn on producer site max recommended is 1,475V
I keeping my at 4.4GHz and 1,475V.
Simply at 1.5+V CPU will probably die before 2-3 years period, and sooner CPU will degrade and will not keep 4.5Ghz.

if i overcloked my x4 860 k to 4.4 ghz do i have to disable the turbo core frequenzy i vorcloked my cpu but it crash while gamin i dable the turbo core but still crash i have a micro atx mobo 16 gb ddr3 1866 hyper x kigstone radeon r7 370 sapphire
