my corsair carbide 300r front panel usb connector is obsolete on my z170x gaming 3 mobo,

was wondering what kind of adapter i should get to convert the carbide 300r's older model usb 3.0 front panel connection to the mobo, to the more recent connection standard which is on my new motherboard. thanks for your time!

The USB 3 headers are just below the big 24 pin atx power connector at the front of the board they're the ones you need to use. , the headers at the bottom of the board are just old usb2.
