Hi! i have AMD a10 6800k, GA-F2A78M-HD2, and a generic 600w PSU.
I am looking for a list of GPUs which are the best/good choice for my system. My budget is $100-$150
thanks in advance

i have only seen one review where someone actually benchmarked the xfire set-up and it was actually pretty encouraging. for games with a xfire profile, there was almost 80-90% gain from the crossfire.

the 750ti is a card with a specific purpose, which is low power upgrades. if you are running a 300-350w power supply like in a prebuilt system then it is a good option. otherwise there are better cards for the money. for instance, the r7-370 will beat it no problem for the same money and often you can find a gtx 950 for little more which will beat both cards hands down.

sadly some people just got some kind of a tech boner for the 750ti and it gets thrown around as the greatest card ever made rather than the niche product it is. looking...

here is tom's article that does just this http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/best-gpus,4380.html

breaks down suggestions for both budget and resolution wishes. or you can look at this list of gpu hierarchy and seek out the best on you can afford. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html higher up the list, the better it is.

you have 2 ways to go. you can get an r7-250 and ruin it in crossfire with the apu you have or get a better gpu and disable the apu's igp completely. both will probably net similar results for that price range.

thanks, so by the way, while i was doing my research today, i found out that i can crossfire my APU with the SAPPHIRE R7 240 2GB. i am pretty anxious about doing an upgrade because as my name suggests, i am really in a tight budget so i would really appreciate it if i get one last response from you.

most of the posts here says that getting a gtx 750 ti is the best option, but if i get that card, i wont be able to upgrade my RAM, which is currently 4gb 1600mhz.

Is it ideal to get the following:

amd a10 6800k crossfire SAPPHIRE R7 240 2GB
2x4gb 2400mhz RAM

or a,

amd a10 6800k
gtx 750 ti
4gb 1600mhz RAM ?

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814125809&nm_mc=AFC-C8Junction&cm_mmc=AFC-C8Junction-PCPartPicker,%20LLC-_-na-_-na-_-na&cm_sp=&AID=10446076&PID=3938566&SID= it's a gtx 950 for $130 after rebate. it sips power so no problem on a 600w power supply (even a cheap one) and will beat both a 750ti and the crossfire option with the a10.

considering you have the budget for it, i'd go for this option of the others :)
