Will pcie 2.0 8x and an i5 750 OC 3.5 Ghz bottleneck two gtx 760 ti's in sli?

Earlier today, my friend offered me 2 gtx 760 ti's for free that came from his Alienware that he upgraded to a gtx 980 ti. I currently have an i5 750 overclocked to 3.5 Ghz, an EVGA-P55-SLI-132-LF-E655-KR motherboard, and a dell xps case. So here's my question, will my i5 750 that is overclocked to 3.5 ghz be able to hangle dual gtx 760 ti's? Will Pcie revision 2 in 8x mode bottleneck the cards? And can I get enough airflow to feed the cards with fresh air?

Yes.
Unfortunately there will be 2 bottlenecks. One from the Cpu the other from 8x PCIE.
Also your PSU Wattage may not be enough to run 2 of these cards, check using this calculator:http://outervision.com/power-supply-calculator
