Hi all. I have a Lenovo Yoga tablet that identifies on the command prompt as 20C30024US with the "csproduct get name" command. Our users take this tablet to the field. The tablet has a Verizon SIM card installed to provide cellular connectivity. The mobile broadband adapter is Sierra Wireless EM7345 4G LTE.

They've been experiencing times when the mobile broadband just stops working and tries to reconnect, drops, retries, and that goes on until they reboot the tablet. I've downloaded and installed the latest updates via the ThinkVantage System Update. We think this might be causing the issue, but the thread is from 5 years ago: http://www.androidpolice.com/2011/12/19/this-is-why-your-verizon-galaxy-nexus-or-other-4g-lte-vzw-phone-is-losing-data-signal/

How do we fix this? As we're a state agency, we have very limited resources to throw at this -- I'm the guy trying to fix this! And my knowledge of cellular networks is zip (I'm a web developer). A lot more of these tablets have to go out to the field and we'd like the users to have a positive experience.

Your help is much appreciated in resolving this problem. Thank you.

Solution
The issue needs to be looked at by Verizon and/or Lenovo. No way to fix without troubleshooting with the people that provide the hardware and the service.
