Ping increases while watching a video on Youtube and playing a game at the same time

Hello, the problem is when I play a videogame like Global Offensive, BF2142 or PES 14 (on ps3) while my brother plays a Youtube video or enters a website with lots of images, etc., the ping increases and in Global Offensive my character moves by left and right by itself because of high ping.
What could be the problem? My Speedtest is at ~10 mb and upload speed at 0.70

Go back to previous provider then. It's a problem with your ISP not handling traffic well, or the modem/router they gave you not handling it well. Or call up your current ISP and B**** them out.

Any solution to that? I didn't have this problem to my previous provider which I had slower connection speed...
