<HELP> Does this computer build run newer games like fallout 4 and assassins creed unity? <HELP>

Solution
To put another way....

The parts you picked totals to $411. Replacing the CPU, RAM and motherboard with what I recommended increases the total cost to $453. That is increases the total cost of the PC by just over 10%. Compare that to the potential 50%+ performance increase in Fallout 4 and 45%+ performance increase (with the less powerful i3-4330).
Yes, Fallout 4 can be played using that set up. You should be able to get decent performance at 1080p with medium settings.

However, if possible I would go with a Core i3 CPU like the i3-4360 (socket 1155) or i3-6100 (socket 1151) because Fallout 4 favors Intel CPUs by a long shot and games generally perform better with Intel CPUs. A modern Core i3 CPU can perform just as well or better than a AMD FX-8350 in most games.

Below is a CPU benchmark of Fallout 4 on various CPUs with a nVidia 980 Ti.

Below are benchmarks for AC: Unity from a Russian review site using GTX 980Ti SLI.

so i was looking at the intel i7-6700k and it is almost my whole budget spending on a gaming pc. is there something that would run fallout 4 and assassins creed unity at like 60 fps medium-high settings

I'll have to watch that video after work today since I got home extremely late last night. You should keep you expectations low for AC Unity because it is a bad PC ported game. You will likely need a pretty beefy PC to run it at high FPS with medium - high settings.

If you can increase your budget a bit you can get the Core i3-6100 for $125. It is actually less expensive than the slightly older Core i3-4460 which sells for about $150.

You will need to use DDR4 RAM so get the following Crucial 2x 4GB sticks of RAM for $40. It is not their premium Ballistix line up, but you will not be able to tell the difference unless you look at benchmarks. That is nice and all, but that probably translates that into gaming performance difference of less than 0.2 FPS.

Lastly, you will need a motherboard. The Asus Micro ATX DDR4 LGA 1151 Motherboard H110M-C/CSM sells for $65. But since it is relatively new, there are no reviews for it.

Going with these parts instead of the ones you picked will increase your total cost by $42. Looking at the benchmarks for Fallout 4 (with a nVidia GTX 980 Ti), the average performance going from a FX-6350 to the i3-6100 increases from 58 FPS to 88 FPS. That is more than a 50% increase in performance. When looking at the AC Unity benchmarks (GTX 980 SLI), the average performance going from a FX-6350 to the i3-4330 (less powerful than the i3-6100) increases from 47 FPS to 69 FPS which is more than a 45% increase in performance. For an extra $42 that is a potentially huge gain in performance. The performance difference when only using a nVidia GTX 750 Ti could be a bit less.
