Can this setup with the Radeon R9 380X max out games 60 FPS?

OK I know, the Radeon R9 380X maxes out games with usually 45+ FPS at max settings. But here's the thing, I also bought a 4790k and plan to overclock it to 4.7-4.8 GHz, and my RAM will run at 2133 MHz CAS 10 or 11 (which I know won't make a big difference, but every frame counts). My 380X runs at 990 MHz native speed too, and I plan to overclock it above 1010 MHz, probably in the 1020-1030 area. My question is with this overclocked setup, what will my framerates be in modern games now?

This is a new build. I just want to know what FPS I'll get in most modern titles at ultra settings.

No one can tell. You are basically asking someone to predict on EVERY possible game YOU want to play with your POSSIBLE overclock. It is nearly impossible. Want to play minecraft? 400 fps. want to play Shadow of Mordor at ultra? OH WAIT, you never said the resolution you are playing at.

One who does not provide information cannot expect an answer. I am not a genie.
