What do you think of my gaming/ video game desing build?

Solution
A fair amount of things can change. First, the CPU. With that board, if you have no intention of overclocking, should be a non-K CPU. You also don't need that much of a cooler for this PC. A 212 EVO or even a T4 would be more than plenty. On the RAM, I highly suggest heatsinked units for DDR4, as DDR4 runs faster than DDR3 and therefore creates more heat. The Red HDD is made for low intensive uses and should not be used with video editing and designing. For the case, mATX boards look silly in ATX cases, so I chose a smaller case.

Thanks.
Can you explain again why I'm not getting the 4.0 hz cpu if its faster? If I'm not should I get the cpu cooler skylake i7 combo?

I chose that hd because when it spins under 6000 rpm its a lot quieter. The one you chose sounds like it will be quite loud and I'll be working on this comp all day. are there any with verying speeds? Can you make an argument about hd's for me?

are cheap cpu coolers going to be drowned out by my other system noise?

Can you tell me anything about how reliable the ssd I chose is i hear many ssds fail.

i listed the software if that helps.
ur right on the heat sinks i bet.

Yes. The old CPU is a K series CPU, which means it can overclock. You are not overclocking, so you do not need it. Hard drives are not loud at all, even at that higher speed. Plus, it is worth it. I don't even think that Red drive will work because it is so slow. Also, if you want a silent PC, get a silent PSU and fanless CPU cooler, which you cannot as your CPU will be generating lots of heat. Not sure who told you or where you got that SSDs fail a lot, as they are much more reliable than any hard drive on the market.

Can you recommend a cpu cooler off hand that isn't noisier than my system? how is the stock cooler that comes int eh combo?

No problem. This be quiet! Shadow Rock Slim is one of the most quiet CPU coolers on the market, maxing out at 47Db from 10 inches away without casing. Though it is 60 CAD, if you really want a silent PC, it is a great choice. And lol, I actually know who that is! Sadly, it isn't him. Its actually Pink Guy from "The Filthy Frank Show" on Youtube. I like it when he raps. :p
