Hey there,
I've just bought a new gaming monitor and am looking to upgrade from my trusty MSI GTX 660 to either the R9 390 or the GTX 970 (MSI for the the R9 and Gigabyte, EVGA, MSI or Asus for the GTX).
Here are the games I'll be playing:
GTA V
Elder Scrolls Online
Witcher 3
Fallout 4
Crysis 2 & 3
...and probably more to come!
Now, I've read a lot of reviews and comparisons and it seems like the R9 outshines the GTX by a small margin when it comes to raw power, while the GTX is quieter and runs at a higher clock speed. But I just wanted to check with you guys too!
Oh, and I also have a i5 4670k 3.4 Ghz, will it bottleneck the GPU's?
