Someone let me know if this is a good build? I've done quite a bit of reading, but this is my first build, and I want it to be able to run most games on high/ultra and upgradeable down the line.

Yeah, all the parts are "good" but alot of them are also "over-priced".
That will run most current games on high, but not really ultra, and the newer the game the less likely it will run at ultra.

1. CPU can actually be overclocked down the line if you want/need it, and add an aftermarket cooler, until then the stock cooler will work fine.
