After i changed my motherboard on my pc whenever i turn my pc on the fans will turn on for a couple of second and then turn of instantly. it will then just repeat this until i hold down the power button. At first i thought it was the CPU fan not being in correctly but it is held in by the four clip pin things and it connected to the CPU Fan connector please help.
