I found a NZXT Hale90 750w PSU for a good price and it matches my build. The psu tier list 2.0 lists it as a tier 3. Also the one listed on the PSU tier list says NZXT Hale90 V2. I'm not sure if this one is V2 or if they even made a V1. Would this PSU be good for my system with some overclocking? 4690k+GTX 970 SLI

The Hale 90 original series is very good made by Super Flower.
V2 isn't very good made by FSP.
Don't buy if it's V2.
