On my second build, a G3258/GTX 950, games are NOT playable, usually I can play ETS2 high-ultra settings and get 60 FPS, but around the time I got the EVGA PrecisionX 16, gpu usage is at 0% and I get huge frame drops, and I cannot change setting in any of my games without it crashing.

Solution
Here are a couple of things you can verify to make sure that everything is properly set up :

-In Nvidia control panel, make sure PhysX are handled by the GPU and not the CPU's integrated graphics.
-Make sure your display cable is plugged into your GPU ports and not your motherboard's.
-Use GeForce Experience to download the latest drivers for your GPU.
-Verify your settings on Precision X to make sure nothing is limiting your GPU and that Precision X is correctly detecting your GPU.

Let me know if nothing worked, I'll suggest more things to try and fix it.

Hey man. Sorry to hear about your problem there. Quick question (lets start with the basics first). Is your onboard graphics disabled and are you sure that your screen is plugged into the GTX 950?

Okay, so I have done the following
1. It was on auto, changed it to the 950 manually
2. It is plugged into the GPU
3. Already had the latest driver installed
4. Overclocked by maybe 25MHz on the chip, 50MHz on the memory, +12mV.

After a quick game of GTA V, it has gone away completely. Thank you.
