Hello I am getting ready to do my 1st PC Build and need some help with the parts.I'm only 17 and will be paying for most of this myself. Im looking to spend between 700 and 750 dollars.

Case: I already have the Corsair 200R, so I can use a ATX or Micro ATX mobo.

Motherboard: Since I can use ATX or Micro ATX I really have no idea which ones would be best.

Processor: I do really like intel processors, but considering I dont have much to spend I was looking at an AMD FX 8350. Since I really dont know if itd be worth buying an intel processor at this price.

Video Card: I was thinking of getting the MSI Gaming 4GB Geforce 960, but this is my first build so I dont really know whats best.

Power Supply: I was thinking 650W should be enough for this and would prefer a fully modular for the ease of managment.

Memory: I was looking at Corsair or Kingston 16GB of ram

Storage: Im not sure if its better buying a smaller HDD and get a smaller SSD or just getting a 2 tb HDD

Also Im pretty confident of being able to assemble the PC. Im very unsure of what comes after. Like I know looking at PCpartspicker there were alot of mobos that said they needed bios updates before using the cpu, and I have no idea what that means, and also stuff like installing drivers and OS if somoene could link me a video or something I would really appreciate it.

SSD is for windows only, so load faster on booting.

Installing drivers mean, you will have "Graphic card" and "Motherboard" which will contain a CD (Just put it inside and install it)

Motherboard first (From BIOS)
after installing OS

then Graphic Card Driver (From CD in the graphic card)

Hi, the 2nd build is good, but I would change the SSD for Samsung one. He doesn't need 16GB of ram, 8GB would be enough so he could save a little bit.
The GPU is nice, maybe he can switch to r9 380 for better performance (got one from asus, it's just amazing), but Nvidia is safe option and he can later go for SLI.
If you don't want SLI, you can take cheaper PSU, good 430W would be enough, I would go for 500W to be safe.
Maybe for streaming I would get the I7 or amd 8core cpu, because more threads helps a lot in this case.
