Computer won't startup?

Hi all,

So I'm having an issue where my computer just will not start up.

Cpu ram and everything is in order.

I've tried:
Using different power supplies (3)
Using different Power switches
Running without anything but the cpu and fan

I've found out that it is not a PSU problem. It's something on the motherboard.

The specs are the following

Intel i5 4600
Gskill 8gb ram
240gb ssd
Corsair cx600w PSU
Gtx 970
H81I msi motherboard

when troubleshooting motherboards it has become habit for me to unplug everything and operate the system with the jumpers.
because sometimes the switch is the problem.

Make sure you just press the power button on the case instead of holding it in. When I built my computer I was holding it in and getting annoyed that it wouldn't power on, until I tried just pressing the button once.
