tight budfet cpu configuration

Try going in for an AMD Config.
Get a FX 4300 (quad core) and a suitable ASus/MSI / ASrock mobo for INR 8,000.
8 GB of G-Skill/ Corsair DDR 1600 MHZRAm would cost you 3,000.
Graphics CArd AMD HD7750 would cost you around 6000.
Get any 19 inch Monitor by 4000 and a 500 GB HDD for 2700. Corsair VS 350-2000. You should be nearing 25K.

Assuming that you have cabinet, you can go for
Mobo = MSI H110M Pro VH around 4500/-
Processor = Intel Pentium G4400 around 5200/-
Power supply = Corsair VS 450 around 2800/-
Ram = Cruicial 8 GB around 2200/-
Hard Disk = WD 1 TB Blue hard drive around 3800/-
Graphics Card = ZOTAC NVIDIA GT 730 2GB 2 GB DDR5 around 5200/-
If you can stretch your budget then you should consider Zotac Geforce 750Ti 2GB DDR5 costing around 9000/-
If you dont have cabinet then I advice you get your cabinet from Lamington road, there is a shop in narrows of lamington road, Topiwala lane, The shop is very congested as it is having all types of cabinet boxes kept inside it.
