Which cooler is best for i7-6770k

Hi guys,
I am building a new PC

CPU - Intel i7-6770k
M.B. - ASUS Maximus VIII Hero
GPU - MSI GTX 970 4G Twin Frozr

Currently I am not planning to Overclock it.
I just need quietest cooler for i7-6770k when its idle or when i do programming.
While i play games,i won't mind if it makes some noise.
Please suggest.

If you don't mind spending some money on it, I can recommend Noctua NH-D15S. I currently have it installed on my system with same motherboard and cpu you are planning on getting and it is very quiet (I'm using Asus Q-fan for fan control, and have a 2nd fan installed on it). No annoying noice even under load, and if there is any noice during gaming it's shadowed by the noice from gpu. It's huge though! There's also Noctua NH-U14S which is a bit cheaper (and smaller). There are cheaper options available ofc, but since you are getting that expensive system I'd recommend quality cooling aswell.

Since i am going for Skylake, i also ran into this article and i am a bit worried about using heavy Air Coolers
Please have a look and share your thoughts.
