Pictures are not transferred to the computer

Hey there, sawlehabasit.
You'd have to give a bit more info on the problem if you are to receive a viable advice on the matter. What are you trying to transfer your files from? A memory card, a USB flash drive, an external HDD etc? Do you get any specific error when you try to copy the files, are you able to see the device in Windows explorer (My Computer, This PC)?
I'd recommend to check if the device is recognized in Device Manager and Disk Management and please let me know what you find out. You could also post a screenshot of what you see in Disk Management (you can use imgur.com to upload the image).
For now, my only advice is to try the device with a different computer, to see if the issue still persists. I'd have more to share with you, once you've answered the questions.
