Hi, i just wanna know can my psu http://www.njoy.ro/PSU/500wgx here is the link of it, go with R9 270x or HD 7970 or 7950 without any problems..My other specs are A8 5500( i will upgrade to x4 860k soon) and 8 gb ram..I want to upgrade so i just want to ask if my psu is enough for these cards..

Solution

It does. Two 12V rails at 20A each, combined maximum 380W (31.7A).

That means it's more like a 400W power supply, and I wouldn't recommend it for a 7970. Should be sufficient for a 270X, provided the ratings are honest and the quality is high enough. I don't feel confident about that.

I have another question, can Athlon x4 860k work with this psu combined with R9 270x and 8gb of ram, i am thinking of this upgrade i just want to know if it can work with this psu without any problems..Thanks in advance

The CPU upgrade wouldn't make much of a difference to power consumption (and not a heck of a lot to performance either).

On paper the power supply should be sufficient, though you might need to use a molex to PCIe adapter for the graphics card. But in practice, I can't say I trust that power supply. Not at all, especially not if you use a molex to PCIe adapter with it.
