Is info on CPUBOSS correct?

Solution
The information there is mostly accurate, the GPU turbo clock speed and similar are still obtained from Intel's own specifications, pretty sure they don't make up numbers.

Yeah I just saw that Intel has lots of detail on the two that I asked about. I previously found some Core 2 Duos that there weren't much info about. Thanks for the reply.

Yes I know about that one. Though it doesn't have memory bandwidth. I usually compare CPUs by cores, clock speed, TDP and memory bandwitdth. Or mem. bandwidth doesn't matter or there's more to it?

For older models I'm pretty sure memory speed was as fast as the front side bus speed, meaning for example my q9400 at 1333mhz fsb could use 1333mhz ram at best (but it could use 1600 with some mobos no idea how well however). This one, pretty sure max is ddr2 667mhz.
For example, a computer with dual-channel memory and one DDR2-800 module per channel running at 400 MHz would have a theoretical maximum memory bandwidth of:

400,000,000 clocks per second × 2 lines per clock × 64 bits per line × 2 interfaces =
102,400,000,000 (102.4 billion) bits per second (in bytes, 12,800 MB/s or 12.8 GB/s)

So do the math on the 667mhz / 2 = around 333 and replace 400 with 333 andd you will get your bandwidth.

Thanks that's nice to know. 12.8GB/s seems small for me. I found a completely passively cooled Acer laptop that doesn't even have a hole to let the hot air out with a low TDP N2940 for an ultra cheap price. Now that I think about it I'm gonna go with an Asus one that I found. (that's why I asked about B950 and N2940 comparison)

Thanks again, you've been most helpful.

No mem. speed isn't important for me that much. I thought that memory bandwidth is of same importance as when you compare GPUs. Like a 2GB DDR3 GPU will be worse than 1GB DDR5 one because it has less mem. bandwidth. I was just looking at the processing power when I was looking for a laptop.
